Thank you for your interest in joining us! Before applying, please review the following details to ensure our events are the right fit for your business:

1. Please note that water and power hookups are not provided nor available on-site, so vendors must be fully self-sufficient.

2. The food truck vendor fee is $200 for Westside Daze and $100 for Canada Day.

3. Food trucks must hold a business license with the City of West Kelowna and a current year fire department inspection sticker.

4. In your application, you will be asked to provide your truck dimensions and confirm which event you are applying for: Canada Day, Westside Daze, or both.

5. Food trucks must commit to all hours of chosen event:

   • Westside Daze: Friday evening (6:00pm–10:00pm) and all day Saturday (12:00pm–11:00pm). Setup begins at 3:00pm on Friday. Overnight security is provided on Friday night and Saturday night (until Sunday at 7:00am), so you are welcome to leave your setup on-site overnight.

   • Canada Day: Wednesday July 1st (10am-2pm). Setup begins at 7:00am on Wednesday.
