Thank you for your interest in joining us! Before applying, please review the following details to ensure our events are the right fit for your business:

1. Please note that water and power hookups are not provided nor available on-site, so vendors must be fully self-sufficient.

2. Community activities do not incur any fees. They must be operated by a community organization.

3. In your application, you will be asked to provide your booth dimensions and confirm which event you are applying for: Canada Day, Westside Daze, or both.

4. Community activities must commit to all hours of chosen event:

   • Westside Daze: Kid’s Zone setup Saturday 9am-12pm, event from 12pm-4pm, removal 4pm-6pm. No community booths Friday or Saturday evening.

   • Canada Day: Wednesday July 1st (10am-2pm). Setup begins at 7:00am on Wednesday.
