Join us for a festive Canada Day bash that’s big on community spirit and high on energy! West Kelowna’s Canada Day Celebrations begin with an Opening Ceremony, where we take a moment to honor our Canadian Stories and Veterans.
And because no birthday is complete without treats, our friends at Save-On-Foods are providing 1,000 free Canada Day cupcakes to start the morning on a sweet note.

Operated by the non-profit Westside Celebration Society, West Kelowna’s Canada Day Celebration is designed to be accessible to everyone, with no admission fees, allowing everyone to celebrate the nation’s birthday alongside their community members. We rely on sponsors, volunteers, and other local non-profits to make the celebration accessible and fun for everyone.

West Kelowna’s Canada Day Celebration is free to attend! Guests are welcome to listen to live music, participate in free activities, and watch the fireworks drone show all at no cost. Carnival rides, food and beverage, and select activities are available for purchase.

There are multiple grass lots available to park in - we’ll have volunteers directing you to the lots off of Old Okanagan Highway. We also encourage the use of public or active transport and car-pooling!

West Kelowna’s Canada Day Celebration runs from 10am-2pm at Memorial Park. The 30 minute opening ceremony begins at 10:00am, followed by family fun, food trucks, live music, and the Kids Zone.
